Steve Rich, CCIM obtained a B.S. in Steve Steve Rich, CCIM received a BS degree in Architectural-Engineering, with an emphasis in Construction Management, from The University of Kansas. He began his career as a construction project manager before moving into commercial real estate in 1997.

Steve is licensed in 4 states; North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee.  He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is very active with the 600+ member NC-CCIM Chapter. Steve has been a Board member since 2007 and in 2012, he was elected President of the NC-CCIM  Chapter.  Steve is active with the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), the  International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR).In his free time, Steve enjoys golf, travel, and time spent with his family.

Steve’s expertise includes commercial brokerage services in retail, land and office (lease, sale & acquisitions); restaurant site/property searches; investment properties (on both the buy and sale side); brokerage for public agencies; single tenant build-to-suit developments and retail development property acquisition. Dating back to 1997, Steve has successfully represented his clients in over 101 million dollars in commercial acquisitions, leases and build-to-suit developments.

    Steve has also consulted with several public  agencies resulting in over 28 million dollars in federal funds to assist with the development of urban shopping centers and public housing.
