EnRich Commercial knows every property is different.  The type of property, the location, the ownership, the owner’s needs, etc. require an individual and unique approach.   Our first step to listing a property is obtaining an understanding of the owner’s needs and goals.  Second is a complete analysis of the property and surrounding area and the third step identifying potential buyers or tenants.  From there, a marketing plan is created for this target market.     As with most commercial real estate companies, EnRich Commercial is a member of numerous online marketing sites and organizations in which we can market properties; however, our secret to successfully finding prospective buyers or tenants for our listed properties is simple hard work.   The harder we work, the more leads generated.   



                        Site Search

When locating property for our clients, EnRich Commercial will use internet searches with aerial technology but we always include physical searches.  Steve Rich, CCIM is a strong believer that touring a market and actually seeing a potential site/location is still the best way to thoroughly understand the site/location and the surrounding area.  You must physically tour a site/property/space to thoroughly understand it and the surrounding area.
